Školu navštívil opravdový Skot v kiltu

Mr Ian Kinloch, a native Scotsman who has lived in the Czech Republic since 2004, visited our school and presented his homeland on the 2nd May. He arrived wearing a traditional Scottish kilt and engaged the pupils of the 8th and 9th year in a lively discussion in the English language accompanied by a visual presentation shown on an interactive board. Pupils asked many interesting questions related to everyday life in the United Kingdom and Czech Republic and many other topics. Mr Kinloch asked some of the questions back and thus provided for an interesting, mutually enriching discussion in which the pupils had to formulate their opinions and ideas clearly and both the involved parties, the presenter and the pupils, learnt a lot of new things.
